Orders under £25 will now cost a standard rate of £2.95. Customers will receive free UK delivery on all orders over £25 up to 30kg.
We only ship to addresses in mainland United Kingdom and are not able to ship to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
If you purchase something by mistake or no longer require your order you may return it within 14 days of delivery and a refund (minus any delivery charges) will be made onto the card you paid with. Initial contact should be made by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to woof@tastybone.com
Items must be in the original condition and packaging - opened or damaged items will not be accepted and will be liable for the full charge of the item.
Contents must be repackaged securely and sent to the below address.
Include the reason for return, the invoice number and your name, email address or daytime telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or replacement.
If we don't receive the item, we cannot refund or replace it so we recommend you use an insured mail service. Customers are responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning items.
During sale periods and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.
