Christmas Delivery Information
The Tasty Bone elves will be taking a well-earned break over the festive season; while we’ll still be taking orders, please note that there will be no deliveries between 22nd December and 2nd January.
We also want to remind you that Christmas is a busy time for all couriers, so there may be delivery delays. While we’ll do everything we can to ensure your orders arrive in time, we can’t guarantee delivery times or days during this busy period.
In the unlikely event that an order goes missing in transit, we’ll make sure to resend it after 2nd January.

Delivery & Returns
Orders under £25 will now cost a standard rate of £2.95.
Customers will receive free UK delivery on all orders over £25 up to 30kg. For online orders, the minimum order value is £10, while the maximum order value is £250.
We are currently unable to deliver to Scottish Highlands & Islands including the following postcodes:
Aberdeen: AB31-AB35, AB41-AB54
Argyll: FK17-FK21, KA28, PA20-PA78, PH30-PH31, PH34-PH44, PH49-PH50
Arran: KA27
Dundee: PH15-PH18
Isle of Man: IM1-IM9
Isle of Wight: PO30-PO41
Northern Highlands: AB36-AB38, AB55-AB56, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KW0-KW14, PH19-PH39, PH32-PH33, PH45-PH48
Orkney Shetland: KW15-KW18, ZE1-ZE4
If you purchase something by mistake or no longer require your order you may return it within 14 days of delivery and a refund (minus any delivery charges) will be made onto the card you paid with. Initial contact should be made by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to woof@tastybone.com.
Items must be in the original condition and packaging – opened or damaged items will not be accepted and will be liable for the full charge of the item.
Contents must be repackaged securely and sent to the below address.
Include the reason for return, the invoice number and your name, email address or daytime telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or replacement.
If we don’t receive the item, we cannot refund or replace it so we recommend you use an insured mail service. Customers are responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning items.
During sale periods and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.

Returning an incorrect or damaged item
If when you receive your order the items are incorrect or in a damaged condition, contact with Pets Choice must be made within 3 working days either by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to woof@tastybone.com.
